The Fado evening at Cidade de Goa is a tribute to the past which is held on every first Tuesday of the month at Alfama, The Chef’s Speciality Dining. The unique interiors of Alfama are inspired by the Bohemian town square of Lisbon, accentuated with romantic balconies and alcoves with musicians to serenade guests during dinner. The Fado is sung by famed Fadistas Sonia Shirsat, Miguel Cotta, Chantalle Marie Cotta e Viegas and Nadia Rebelo along with musicians Franz Schubert Cotta and Reiniel Costa Martins, who vow audiences with their soul-stirring renditions. The chef’s menu, specially crafted for the evening, offers up a delectable array of Goan and Portuguese cuisine to suit every pallet.
