writer and Konkani activist Prakash Acharya’s first book, ‘Talapavailee Fulaan’ will be released on March 23 at Black Box, Ravindra Bhavan, Margao at 5 pm. The book is published by Sanjana Publication. Veteran writer and thinker Uday Bhembre will grace the function as chief guest. Senior writer and journalist Sandesh Prabhudesai as well as writer and president of Konkani Bhasha Mandal Chetan Acharya will be the guest of honour.
