If there's one thing that Goans are known for it is celebrating of its festivals in style with plenty of music and tons of food. And, with Easter all set to be celebrated this Sunday, Fidalgo, one of the favorite haunts for Goans especially Panjimities, has something special in store.
“This year, customers can order takeaway of roast turkey and chicken uptil Easter. While the minimum order for turkey is 3 kilos and will be served with cranberry sauce, for chicken the minimum weight is 1 kilo with barbeque sauce on the side,” informs Executive Chef Ammol Dessai. “ Customers only need to give us a prior 24 hour notice.”
Apart from this, there will also be a lunch and buffet at the hotel for Good Friday. As for Easter Sunday -there is plenty to look forward to. “ As Easter is supposed to denote the evolution of new things, we will have golden eggs and other special chocolate eggs and other things like chocolate bunnies and hot cross buns which customers can choose from at Aunty Maria,” says Chef Dessai. “ While last year we had an Easter lunch , this year we have decided to instead have an Easter Brunch which will have a gala spread.”
