We've all been there. Misplaced our phones, lost our keys. Gida, a technology firm founded in Bangalore in 2011, on Monday launched a tiny wireless device that helps you keep track of your possessions. The new 'Yoky Tag' works by maintaining a wireless bluetooth link with your smartphone thus helping you find the product that is tagged through the use of your phone.
The tag doesn’t need to be charged as it comes with replaceable battery that lasts for a year and has a maximum range of 150 feet. The Yoky Tag app is available for free, and can connect up to 8 tags at any time. In addition to helping you keep a track of your items, the Tag also acts as a fitness tracker and retails in India for Rs. 999.
