There are few things which can help a child gain confidence than spending sometime on stage in front of a live audience. Theatre for example not only presents a great opportunity for pursuit of a healthy vocation but also doing away with the phenomenon of stage-fright and introvertedness.
‘The Peas and Carrots Theatre Co’ is conducting a theatre workshop ‘Acting Out’ for kids (from ages 10-15 years) at the Museum of Goa (MOG), Pilerne on March 24 and March 25 from 10 am to 12 noon. ‘Acting Out’ is a theatre workshop specifically designed for kids between the ages of 10 to 15 years.
Using fun, yet focused theatre games, each child will be encouraged to open-up, explore their imaginations, take risks, go with their gut instinct, communicate effectively and learn to love being a leader and a team player - all in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Designed to build self-confidence, understand yourself and the world around you as well as think out of the box, this workshop is a place for any budding artist to bloom into a confident, creative and conscientious young adult!
Designed and facilitated by Kyla D’Souza, each of the two workshops encourage you to discover, explore and appreciate the aspiring, emerging or established artist in you!
