Under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan scheme, the Puducherry government has come up with a whopping 120 crore plan to create public toilets for 55,000 households. However to ensure that people use these public services Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi tweeted out the plan“For those who make use of the public services, Kabali tickets will be given to them for free!
