Every cause or problem related to issues whether it is family, social or organisation has a positive and negative influence depending upon which one has a greater impact. There are a lot of social issues we are facing right now, some are more prominent than others which disturbs the harmony of the society and give way to hostility. As a result, we are going through a critical time where we all must come together to free our society from undesirable social evils.
Hostile situations are not only uncomfortable but also erode communication, trust, and credibility especially if handled ineffectively without a proper understanding of what the problem is, there is a tendency to jump into solutions which is the most common mistake that we have seen why problem-solving fails.

Dealing effectively with people is about understanding their emotions, point of view using empathy, problem-solving skills and coming up with ways to make things right in a fair way.
Peace is more than the absence of conflict and violence. On a personal level, we can forgive the people who have wronged us but on a social level, justice should be implemented to ensure law and order. That's what we all desire ” to be understood, valued and affirmed.
