He may not be totally happy with the way things are going on in the Goa Congress party. South Goa MP Francisbab Sardinha, however, is bracing up to kick-off his campaign in support of the party in the run-up to the 2022 electoral battle.
The South Goa MLA, who is presently holed up in Delhi in view of the ongoing Parliament session, has told his close aides that he would launch the party’s campaign in South Goa by the year-end. Sardinhbab appears confident that his image, which helped the party wrest the South Goa seat in 2019. He is confident the Congress will regain lost ground down South. Wait and watch.
