It was a week when an angry South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha was believed to have told party observers that he would not sit quiet and watch if son Shalom is denied the party ticket for the Curtorim seat. A no-nonsense Sardinhbab, sources said, gave a mouthful or two to one of the observers, demanding to know the meaning of family raj, when there are Congress leaders and sons, both members of Parliament. Not one who will take things lying down, Sardinhbab is reported to have told the observer that his claim for the ticket for Shalom shouldn’t be ignored or else. Wait and watch.
