When Chief Minister Pramodbab Sawant unveiled the rehabilitation plan for the slum dwellers in Margao, Mormugao and Panaji on the floor of the House, the proposal was received by thumping of desks. Sources informed that when some of the MLAs tried to find out the MLAs thumping desks in support of the proposal, they realized that one of the three MLAs in whose constituencies the slum dwellers rehabilitation is being proposed was thumping the desk. No reward for guessing the MLA.
