Guess the reaction of Leader of Opposition Yuribab Alemao to GPCC chief Amitbab Patkar’s stand that Utpalbab Parrikar should clearly spell out his “ideological” position vis-Ã -vis the BJP? Well, it was Yuribab himself who first hit the ground running, unveiling the Congress plan for the Panaji City Corporation elections by backing the panel floated by Utpalbab Parrikar.
