Shrungi Bandekar from Goa has left for Berlin, Germany to participate in the prestigious World University Games. Representing India through Jain University, Bengaluru (Karnataka), she will compete in swimming events from July 17 to 23.
Shrungi will participate in the 400m Individual Medley (IM), 200m IM, 200m Backstroke, along with the Girls Freestyle Relay and Medley Relay events. Her participation at this global platform is a moment of pride for Goa and India.
