United Club of Verna move ahead into semifinals by beating SCC LoutoLim via sudden by 6-5 in all Goa inter village Football tournament organised by UC Utorda in memory of late Nicholas Rodrigues.
The match started with a bang and both the teams equally missed good target shots. Major part of the game was dominated by SCC Loutolim. At the regulation time- score was 0-0.
In the tie-breaker Verna proved to be better shooters to take the days honours 6-5.
Clive Fernandes, Royden Rego,Joasle Fernandes,Beneston Barretto, Steven Satarkar Desmon Gama converted for UC Verna While Shelford Fernandes, Ashwin Colaco, Flager Morais, Daren Gomes Aryan Fernandes scored for Loutolim.
Man of the match was awarded to Very Fernandes of SCC Loutolim by chief guest Cefon D'Souza.
