Young Sports Club and Stars of Sattari were crowned champions in the junior boys and girls categories of the Goans Hockey League, which concluded on Tuesday evening at the Peddem ground in Mapusa.
In the junior boys section, Young Sports Club advanced to the final by defeating Majorda Hockey Club in the first semifinal, while Crozen Society Bastora overcame Stars Sports Guddi in the second semifinal. In the final, Young Sports Club clinched the title by defeating Crozen Society Bastora.
In the junior girls category, Stars of Sattari emerged victorious in the final, beating Maina Hockey Club to claim the championship.
