Defending champions AAS Cricketers, Mangan once again stamped their superiority by retaining the Pagui Premier League title after a convincing 22 run victory over Nuvem Heartbreakers in the final of the 5th Pagui Premier League Tennis Ball Cricket Tournament 2026.
The four day tournament was organised by the Akhil Goa Kshetriya Pagui Samaj –Canacona and played at the Talpona Cricket Ground. The champions walked away with a cash prize of Rs 1,11,111 along with a crystal trophy valued at Rs 25,000. Runners up Nuvem Heartbreakers awarded Rs 55,555 and a crystal tronhv
Bhumi Purush Warriors, Palolem finished third and earned Rs.33,333, while the fourth placed home side Chandrahas Tritons Talpona were walk away with Rs.22,222 along with smaller crystal trophies. The tournament featured 10 teams.
The competition drew strong participation and enthusiastic support from the local community.
Gratik Pagi of AAS Cricketers Mangan was outstanding, and rightly awarded with named Man of the Match in the final.He also secured the Man of the Tournament award, receiving trophies included and a 45 inch LED TV.
The organizer also felicitated State Players recently who represented Goa .
