FC Goa Football School stormed into the semi-finals of the TSH Goa Cup 2026 with a dominant 5-1 victory over Bethany Convent High School, Areal, in an entertaining clash.
The match got off to a dream start for FC Goa as Noah found the net in the very first minute, putting his side ahead almost instantly. Bethany Convent responded positively and restored parity in the 15th minute through Reuben Viegas, ensuring the contest remained evenly poised.
Both teams battled hard for the remainder of the first half, but neither could add to the scoreline, which stayed locked at 1-1 going into the break.
The second half, however, belonged entirely to FC Goa Football School. Showcasing excellent teamwork and attacking prowess, they took control of the game with a flurry of goals.
Damian restored the lead in the 30th minute, before Karam extended the advantage five minutes later. Noah then struck again in the 37th minute to complete his brace, further strengthening FC Goa’s position. Damian capped off a fine performance by scoring his second goal in the 41st minute, putting the result beyond doubt.
Damian was deservedly named Man of the Match for his two goals and overall influence on the game. The award was presented by Vaibhav Raut, PE teacher of Bethany Convent High School.
