The Goa Lawyers team claimed victory over the Elites in a nail-biting finish, winning 9-8 through a tiebreaker in the final of the All Goa Lawyers 7-a-Side Football Tournament. The event was organized by the South Goa Advocates Association and took place on Saturday at the Camp Don Bosco Futsal Ground.
Both teams showcased strong defensive strategies throughout the match, forcing Goa Lawyers to rely on long-range shots and cross attempts in hopes of connecting with an advancing forward.
The tournament concluded with senior advocate and constitutional expert Cleofato Coutinho, along with Poonam Santosh Bharne, Director of Prosecution, Judge Sabino Braganza, and Adv Prasad Naik, President of the South Goa Advocates Association, presenting prizes to the winners and runners-up.
