PANAJI: Goa University will conduct final selection trials to form its Hockey Men team on January 2, 2026 from 10 am onward. Those students who are interested in attending the trials, should report sharp at 9:30 am at the Hockey Turf, at Dayanand Bandodkar Krida Sankool, Peddem, Mapusa and must carry along the following documents: college identity card, Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate. The students are also requested to carry their playing kit.
The West Zone Inter University Hockey Men Championship 2025-26 is scheduled to be held at LNCT University, Bhopal from January 12-16, 2026.
Colleges are also requested to inform the Sports Section via email at sports@unigoa.ac.in if any of their Hockey Men players are unavailable during the above-mentioned date for selection, providing a reason for their absence, to be considered for the selection.
