MS Multitech Strikers emerged champions of the Bhatlem Premier League 2.0 organised by the Bhatlem Sports & Cultural Club at the Police Reserve Ground.
In the final, MS Multitech Strikers defeated Shamal Smashers to lift the trophy. Electing to bat first, Multitech posted 44 runs in their allotted 5 overs, with Yash Manerkar top-scoring with 22 runs.
In reply, Shamal Smashers were restricted to 34 runs in 5 overs, thanks to disciplined bowling performances from Vishal Shirodkar, Haresh Parsekar, and Saiesh Naik.
Earlier in the tournament, MS Multitech Strikers won 5 out of their 6 league matches to secure a place in the final.
Saiesh Naik was awarded the Best Batsman prize, while Aryan Naik received the Best Fielder award.
The league, now in its second edition, witnessed enthusiastic participation from residents of Bhatlem, Panaji. The winning teams and individual performers were presented with trophies and cash prizes.
The victorious MS Multitech Strikers were led by team owner Nilesh Naik.
