Sao Jose de Areal cruised into the quarterfinals of the UCT Trophy inter-village football tournament, organised by United Club of Telaulim, with a 3-0 win over USC Seraulim at the Government Primary School ground, Telaulim, on Friday.
In the tiebreaker, Bersal Viegas, Mohamed Mansmi and David Colaco converted for Sao Jose de Areal.
Cargo Ferrao, executive committee member of United Club of Telaulim, presented the Man of the Match award to Astroy Costa of Sao Jose de Areal.
