FCGoa’s Sandesh to make his long-awaited comeback

 Panaji: FC Goa defender Sandesh Jhingan is set to make a long-awaited return to the field after recovering from a knee injury that sidelined him for the second half of last season. Jhingan spoke about the difficult rehabilitation process, expressing how special it feels to once again play in front of FC Goa's passionate fans, known as the Gaurs.


Ahead of the 11th edition of the Indian Super League (ISL), FC Goa will kick off their season with a home match at the PNJ Stadium in Fatorda, Goa.


Reflecting on his recovery, Jhingan said, "The rehab was tough, especially since I had to miss half the season and some important national team games. I'm grateful for the support I received, and I’ve started training with the team. I'll be back on the pitch in a few games."
