Goa recorded a confident five-wicket victory over Bihar in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy Elite T20 match played at the Salt Lake JU Second Campus in Kolkata. Chasing a target of 181, Goa held their nerve to cross the line in 19.5 overs. Suyash S. Prabhudessai played a brilliant match-winning innings and was adjudged Man of the Match.

Batting first, Bihar put up 180/7 in 20 overs. S. Agni top-scored with a composed 60 off 41 balls, while Vaibhav Suryavanshi struck a quick 46 from 25 balls, and Akash Raj contributed 40 off 31. For Goa, Deepraj Gaonkar was the standout bowler with figures of 4/38, supported by Arjun Tendulkar’s 2/32.

Goa’s reply was steady, anchored by a superb knock of 79 off 46 balls from Suyash Prabhudessai. Kashyap Bakle added a valuable 64 off 49 balls, while Lalit Yadav’s unbeaten 21 off 12 balls guided Goa home with one ball to spare, finishing at 184/5.
