Harshad Satish Sawant will represent Goa in the XXV-National Para Swimming Championships, 2025-26 to be held at Gachibowli, Hyderabad from November 15-18.
Harshad will be participating in S14 category, a class for Intellectual Impaired. The competition is being by Paralympic Committee of India.
In 2024, he won the silver medal in the competition conducted by Sivus India and Down Syndrome National Games. He is a student New Deep Asha Dawn High School, Vasco.
Vishram Naik – President, Sudesh Thakur – Secretary and all the members of Goa Paralympic Association wished him the good luck for the National Championship. Harshad is currently training at Fatorda swimming pool under the guidance of SAG coach Inas.
