These group toppers will face the runners-up from other groups in the next round. The runners-up teams advancing to the quarter-finals are Super Smashers, BPS Star Contenders, BPS Mavericks, and Mapusa Smashers.
The prestigious championship, organised by Panjim Gymkhana in collaboration with the Goa Table Tennis Association, follows a format inspired by the elite Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) championship of the TTFI.
Notable performances of the day came from Ramkumar UN and Govindaraju Seetharam (Hotel Virashree), Nagesh Verenkar (Super Smashers), Rudra Ghosh and Munmun Kundu (Shantadurga Knight Riders), Pradnya Caro and Atharv Dhulakar (BPS Star Contenders), Rutuj Sonawane and Samaira Soares (Peddem Champs), Chandan Caro and Arvind Kumar (BPS Mavericks), Wesley Do Rosario and Aaron Farias (GTTTC Gladiators), and Prutha Parrikar and Jainam Shah who starred for their respective teams.
