The agenda for the AGM includes reading and confirming the minutes of the AGM on October 25, 2020, to receive and adopt the Managing Committee Report for the year 2020-21, to approve and adopt the Audited Statement of Account and Balance Sheet for the year ending March 31, 2021, to elect a new managing committee for the year 2021-23 (2 years) and other matter with the permission of the chair, states the notice issued by the Hon.
