Felcy the popular artiste of the Konkani stage has releasedher 7th audio album ‘Devak Diuchi Poddtteli Zotti’. The Konkani audio album wasreleased simultaneously in London as well in the Gulf, States and  in Goa. The audio album contains 12 tracks ofsolos, duets, duo, trio and quartet sung by Felcy and other popular artistes ofthe Konkani  stage. Keyboardist James Vaza popular name in Konkani music has provided the musical score for the albumand recorded by Chris  Correia at theMagic Touch Studio, Margao.

The title song ‘Devak diuchi poddteli Zotti’ is rendered byFelcy herself and in this song she narrates a few sentiments and unpleasantexperiences faced in her life as a stage artiste. Silken voice Aniceto sings‘Mai Pai’ a solo and extols the qualities of mother and father. This track isfollowed by a comedy duet ‘Kumpar Kumar’ sung by Domnic and Janet and set tofoot tapping music. ‘Athma Ghat’ a solo  bySilvester Vaz makes pleasant listening and has a good morale message entwined.

Aplon renders ‘Sandhe’ a solo while Jr. Rod, Josephine,Aniceto & Felcy follow with a pleasant quartet ‘Vati’. ‘Fifty-Fifty’ a soloby Felcy, ‘History creator’ another solo by Marcus follow next highlighting thevaluable contribution of various artistes of the Konkani stage over the years.The lyrics and vocals are good, but the melody sounds a little too common.‘Xristti Samballat’ a duo by Aplon & Felcy is another good track on the albumset to the fast beat melody of an English track and conveys a good message tothe listeners.

‘Konknni Ulloi’ by Jr. Rod a solo by Jr. Rod and ‘Burgeponn’by Felcy are the other two solos in the album. A trio ‘Deuchar’ sung by Domnic,Josephine and Marcus is also included in the album. The album is nominallypriced at Rs. 150/- and is available at all leading music stores in the state.
