Rain disrupted the morning fixture of the 1st Exposure Trophy between MCC and Kreeda Prabodhini (Porvorim), while SNCA (Moula) secured a convincing win over debutants VPCC (Panaji) in the afternoon encounter. Both matches were played at the KRC Ground, Margao.
Kreeda Prabodhini won the toss and opted to field. MCC reached 59/1 in 10.4 overs when heavy rain interrupted play. No further action was possible, and the match was abandoned, with both teams sharing a point each. Vihan Kolambkar scored 18, while Sanch Nik remained unbeaten on 19.
In the afternoon match between SNCA (Moula) and VPCC (Panaji), SNCA won the toss and chose to bat first, posting a competitive 143/5 in 20 overs.
