MARGAO
Union Gymkhana, Belgaum emerged champions of the 3rd All India Exposure Trophy, defeating Dwarka Cricket Academy, Nasik by 27 runs in the final held at the Konkan Railway Cricket Ground, Margao. The tournament was organized by the Margao Cricket Academy.
After winning the toss, Union Gymkhana opted to bat first and posted a total of 103/4 in 20 overs. Key contributions came from Sachin T. (34) and Mohammad Hamza (23). For Dwarka, Archit Dhatrak and Rajveer Mullani picked up a wicket each.
In response, Dwarka Cricket Academy was bowled out for 76 in 17.4 overs, unable to withstand the disciplined bowling attack of Union Gymkhana. Sairaj Porwal, Atharva Hongal, and Mohammad Hamza claimed two wickets apiece. Aman Katkade was the top scorer for Dwarka with 17 runs.
The prize distribution ceremony was graced by Shashidhar G., Senior Engineer, Konkan Railway Corporation, who was present as the chief guest.
