Guinea's first training session under cloud cover on Wednesday at Benaulim was a fine showcase of skill and determination to emerge as a team to watch for this U-17 World Cup.
While the outfield players went through their paces, the goalkeepers were undergoing the rigours in full flow with their goalkeeper coach animatedly giving his two cents every now and then on the technical aspects of their department.
Meanwhile, the most interesting skill-based training held was ‘Men in the middle.'
Guinea are set to play two matches in Goa first against Iran on October 7 and then versus Costa Rica on October 10 before heading to Kochi to take on the might of Germany on October 13.
