MARGAO: Cuncolim Union got the better of Benfica YC 5-2 to enter the quarterfinals of the Vaidya Family inter village football tournament at Cuncolim school ground.

Wilson Fernandes scored four goals while Tushar Gaonkar scored the other for Cuncolim Union. Both the goals for Benfica YC was scored by Edson Souza. Wilson Fernandes of Cuncolim Union was adjudged as man of the match.
