Erica De Sequeira has brought laurels to Goa by clinching a gold medal at the WMC India Muay Thai Championship “ State Title Belt & Ranking Series 21, held in Peddem, Mapusa.

Speaking to this sports reporter, Erica expressed her happiness at winning gold at the national level and said she is determined to work harder to achieve her dream of competing internationally.

She shared that her interest in martial arts began in childhood, but the lack of proper infrastructure posed several challenges along the way. Despite this, her determination helped her rise through the ranks.
