Future Star Academy cruised to an eight-wicket victory over Margao Cricket Academy (North) in a league-stage match of the 2nd All Goa Exposure Cricket Tournament played at the Konkan Railway Colony Ground.
After winning the toss and electing to bat, MCA (North) posted 65/4 in 10 overs. Chirag Gawas top-scored with 16, while Ekansh added 13. Soham Naik claimed 1/8 for Future Star Academy, while the other wickets fell through run-outs.
In reply, Future Star Academy chased down the target comfortably, scoring 66/2 in 9.2 overs with four balls to spare. Kshiteej Assoldekar starred with a fluent 40, while Aarav Shirodkar remained unbeaten on 15 to guide his side home.
Kshiteej Assoldekar was named Man of the Match for his match-winning knock.
