Hardik Bandekar and Gopinath Mayekar of Raghuvir and Premavati Salkar HSS, Chorao won gold medals in the State Level Karate Championship organized by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Panaji.
With this commendable performance, both students have qualified to participate in the National Level Karate Championship which will be held at Pune, Maharashtra, bringing pride to their school and village.
Earlier, the young Karatekas had also secured gold medals at the District Level Championship, displaying consistency and excellence in the sport.
