The State women’s football team is continuing preparation ahead of the 26th Senior Women’s National championship which will be held in Kerala from November 28 to December 9. The team is training daily at Dramapur Ground led by coach Juliet Miranda with the participation of 30 players. Goa has been drawn in Group D along with Jharkhand Delhi and Karnataka. Meanwhile, FC Goa midfielder Velanie Fernandes has been ruled out of forthcoming women’s championship due job interview in government department.
