A first-half goal by Sam Moura secured a 1-0 victory for Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim against Cuncolim Union in the GFA First Division league match at SAG Ground, Benaulim, on Thursday.
The match saw both teams adopting an attacking approach. However, it was Moura's decisive strike in the 36th minute that proved to be the difference.
Despite continued attacking intent from both sides in the second half, neither team could capitalize on their scoring opportunities, resulting in a narrow win for Cavelossim.
