Substitute Asif O M netted an all-important winner in stoppage time to see Kerala beat Goa 3-2 in the first match of the Santosh Trophy final round qualifiers on Friday.
However, a yellow card incident in the first half of the game left the men in blue frustrated as Kerala midfielder Hrishi Dhath (jersey number 13) should've received a red card for two bookings.
Goa have lodged a complaint against referee Shantan Agrawal who officiated the game and is said to have noted down Kerala midfielder Arjun V's (jersey number 14) number instead of Hrishi Dhath's for the first incident when he brought town Goa attacker Mohammed Faheez near the half-line.
The Goan team protested during the break but match officials stuck to their decision.
