The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) has announced the appointment of its Selection Committees for the 2025–2028 term, as approved at the Annual General Meeting held on November 16, 2025.
Former Ranji Trophy player Girish Parekh has been appointed as Chairman of the Senior Selection Committee, with Nitin Vernekar, Anand Mhapankar, Ilyas Naroo and Harshad Gadekar as members. The Junior Selection Committee will be headed by former Ranji player Sahil Dhuri as Chairman, while the other members are Abrar Khan, Damodar Kitlekar, Vinay Palekar and Chandrakant Ghadi.
The Women’s Selection Committee will be chaired by former state women’s player Sangeeta Mazrekar, with Aparna Khandeparkar and Chinmayi Swar as members. Photographs of Girish Parekh, Sahil Dhuri and Sangeeta Mazrekar are attached for reference.
