The Goa Yachting Association will organise Sail Goa 2026, a zonal sailing championship, from April 13 to 17 at the Dolphin Adventure Sports Centre, Hawaii Beach, Dona Paula.
The competition will feature around 39 windsurfers from across the country, representing states and regions such as Maharashtra, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chandigarh, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Goa. Participants will compete in different categories, testing their skills in varying wind and sea conditions.
The event includes races in the iQFOiL (Olympic class) and Techno 293 OD (Youth Olympic class) categories.
Races are scheduled to be held between 1 pm and 4 pm from April 14 to 17 and can be viewed from the Dona Paula jetty.
