Dona Paula Jetty vendors seek written guarantee on permanent kiosks

PANAJI: Dona Paula jetty stall owners have demanded written assurances from the Goa government that temporary kiosks proposed during the redevelopment of the iconic jetty will be replaced with permanent shops. The Infant Jesus Stall Owners’ Association has sought clarity from the Tourism Department on the proposed modification plans, stating that the future of 76 vendors and their livelihoods should not be left uncertain.
