Thousands bid tearful farewell to Taleigao MLA
PANAJIAn outpouring of grief marked the final journey of Taleigao MLA Jennifer Monserrate on Monday as thousands of mourners gathered to bid her a tearful farewell. The three-time legislator was cremated with full State honours at the St Inez crematorium in accordance with her final wish to be laid to rest following Hindu rites.
