Prog on food safety management
PANAJI: CII Goa with its Food & Agriculture Centre of Excellence (FACE) is organising a one-day programme on food safety management in hotels, catering & restaurants on October 28, at Vivanta by Taj, Panaji. The one-day workshop would cover Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) rules & regulations, Schedule 4- Part -5 catering & food service establishments, ISO 22002-2 pre-requisite programme for catering awareness, quality control and assurance in catering, hotels, restaurants, advances in cleaning and sanitation practices in catering establishments and hygienic equipment design.
The prog is ideal for all star hotels, caterers, hoteliers, restaurant operators, students of catering, institutional catering, wedding catering operators, chefs, managers and executives of operations and quality responsible for food safety.
