Godrej appliances recently launched its new Semi-Automatic Washing Machine with a Steel Drum. This machine would be a first in the industry.
The new variant weighing 8 Kg comes with a steel drum in both- the wash tub as well as the spin tub and gives a better wash quality than the conventional plastic-drum washing machines currently available in the market. The steel drum provides more durability and sturdiness to the machine and enables the spin drum to withstand higher spin speed. It has stylish looks with a soft close lid, placing it a notch further above its peers in the category.

The product is priced at Rs 16,200.
