Honda Cars India on Wednesday said it sales within the country grew 23.3% in September, compared to a 6.6% fall in August.
Sales of Honda Cars’ compact sedan Amaze more than doubled to 6577 units in September from the August sales of 3260 units. Its City sedan car sold 5702 units last month from 5,405 units during the preceding month.
However, sales of its newly launched Jazz have seen a fall for the second consecutive month from 6676 in July to 5404 in August to 4762 in September.
