Covid-19 claimed two more victims in the 24 hours of Wednesday-Thursday including Nikhil Parekh (58), brother of former CCP mayor Yatin Parekh and a 78-year-old woman from Raia.
In all, the dreaded virus has thus far claimed the lives of 752 in Goa.
Meanwhile, 103 more contracted the virus in the 24 hours of Wednesday-Thursday, according to the daily health bulletin. As many as 1,838 samples were tested.
The bulletin also said that 67 Covid-19 patients were declared 'cured' in the same 24-hour period of Wednesday-Thursday leaving the State's recovery rate at 96.93%.
