Literature Festival titled Novella Fest 2019 was recently organized by Novella Short Stories in association with Directorate of Arts & Culture, Government of Goa and International Centre Goa. The main aim of the festival was to enable the participants to interact with Authors. Many renowned authors and publishers were a part of the panel discussions held at the Fest. The panellists dwelled on many aspects related to writing namely, why encourage writing among youngsters, writing opportunities for youngsters, and local authors and vernacular literature.
