To commemorate the birth anniversary of Bhausaheb Bandodkar ‘Students Day’ was observed during the during the assembly at Bal Bharati Vidyamandir, Raibandar. The chief guest Ranjana Sonawane an ex-student of the school was introduced by the headmistress Apolonia Fernandes.Heramb Vaigankar of the primary section and Shreyas Chavan of the secondary section delivered speeches on ‘Bhausaheb’. The students of Std VIII and IX presented a dance depicting devotion of the armed services and a drama depicting the misuse of social networking. The manuscripted magazines ‘Nirmiti’ of the secondary section and ‘Bal Kala Kiran’ of the primary section were released at the hands of the chief guest. Tamanna Shirvoikar and Mahima Naik of Class VIII A compeered the programme while Mustabin Mulla, Class VIII A proposed the vote of thanks.
