Need a trustworthy government

It is reported that the BJP government headed by Laxmikant Parsekar requested the Union Government to provide a circuit bench of the NGT in Goa so petitioners may not have to travel to Pune. The next BJP government coming into power March 2017 under Parrikar recommends change of NGT for Goa related cases to Delhi. The propaganda war is heating up with the BJP's need to justify demonetization pangs and the state of the economy and jobs today with high prices of food items, high taxes especially indecent one on petrol when world oil prices have fallen! They have kept petrol and liquor out of GST. The poor are the worst hit. Smriti Irani appointment as Information and Broadcasting Minister will boost the propaganda! Remember she was removed from the job of Minister of Human Resources and Development due to high arrogance and lack of higher education qualification which she allegedly falsified. With this portfolio she will most probably give BJP's agenda a big boost. The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has given the Supreme Court the names of 7 MPs and 98 MLAs across the country for assets inexplicably hiked between two elections! The apex court has asked the Centre to set up fast track courts for these cases as parliament needs to pass laws for speedy disposal of such cases against lawmakers. Well, let us see how trustworthy our government proves by speedy follow up action!
