In yet another eerie incident that has brought the streets of the capital in the limelight involves a 24 -year-old youth dying in a motorcycle road race. Three youth were engaged in a high speed road race in New Delhi, when the bloke leading the race hit a pedestrian and rammed into a concrete wall, dying on the spot. The accident was caught on the helmet cam of the rider following that youth.
