It's nice to start on a winning note. The two-goal win by FC Goa against Delhi Dynamos is in line with what coach Zico has been saying all along -- this time we will win. Goa had a disastrous start last year and at times it had seemed that Zico had got it all wrong. However, the maestro proved his mettle and Goa clawed back to reach the semi-finals. This time round the team showed that it has retained its cutting edge. Romeo is as mesmerizing as he was in the first year and was instrumental in creating the first goal. The second one by Reinaldo Oliveira was equally stunning. But the tournament is still young and Goa has to guard against fatigue and the risk of peaking too early. ISL is here to stay and the start to the second edition was as scintillating as the first. As long as there is good football, there will be fans and if the first two games are a pointer, then India is in for two months of non-stop entertainment.
