The 4th annual Goa International Marine and Boat Expo willbegin on December 14 at Campal Grounds (Old Football Stadium). The exhibitionis being organized by Media Promotions Pvt Ltd, and will be open to the publicfor three days up till December 16, from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm.
The expo will have on display power boats, coastal cruisers& luxury yachts, sports boats & water sports, kites, kayaks &canoes, ports & ship- builders, marine accessories & equipments, Docks& pontoon systems, hovercrafts & pedal boats.
Large number of visitors including professionals associatedwith the marine and boat industry, high-end tourists enamoured by sailing,managements of hotels, boat Charter operators and agents, as well as state portand maritime authorities will be attending the mega maritime event, besidesgiving an opportunity to locals with a passion for boating & yachting towitness this expo.
The three-day event is has received support from GTDC,Government of Goa, while Board Sailing Association of India and Goa YachtingAssociation are the event partners.
The boat expo will be inaugurated by the Chief Minister Mr.Manohar Parrikar in the presence of Sports Minister Mr. Ramesh Tawadkar andChairman of GTDC Mr. Nilesh Cabral.
